Hi, y'all. I'm Ryl and I play Eliot Spencer from Leverage. He's coming in at the end of season 4. For those of you not familiar with the series, Eliot is ex-special forces. He worked for some time as head or security/chief enforcers for a criminal financier before starting a solo career as a retrieval specialist. About four years ago, he became part of a five-man team of conmen based first in LA, then in Boston. They work as modern-day Robin Hoods, conning those who exploit loopholes in the law to defraud and sometimes kill their victims.

They could! Werewolves from his canon have a pack mentality, so he likes to kind of collect daddies. Now he can have ones that are twins!

I think Eliot would enjoy that. Although he'd be a bit taken back at seeing someone else wearing his face at first.

I'm actually not at all familiar with the show, so not sure who that is. [this is how you can tell that I don't really check the source links, whoops] But Hawk's adopted kid [the one who pounced OoCly up there :)] will likely make more than enough chaos to make up for it :)

Lindsey McDonald is actually from another series, just happens to by played by the same actor. And some fans of both series, like me, have a headcanon where they're twins. Unfortunately, that's headcanon only...

Chaos from look alikes and their kids is more than welcome.

Also, I was operating under the premise that the spell that pulled Eliot here would make him feel that he belongs here. Would that fit the world or should I change that for actually RPing?

If someone pointed out to him that it happened, yeah. :) He kinda ignores most people since he's not exactly a fan of people in general.

Normally there's not really anything in the summon spell that makes that happen, but as the current plot is kinda screwing with a lot of things, if you want him to have that effect, go for it! I'm actually pretty laid back with stuff like that, so no worries. :)

Yep! The days are a week long and the day change is always announced, so you can always check what the days is by looking at the day change tag or check the calendar which has the date for the day changes on it too.

Thanks. :) Yay Buffy-verse! I honestly wouldn't have encountered Leverage if it weren't for Angel.

Giles and Eliot would probably get along pretty well. Do you want to play them as being from the same dimension or alternate versions of Earth?

HM. As tempting as it is to say same universe, I'm taking Giles from Season 8 - where vampires have publicly admitted their existence to the world. And, much as I would love to see Leverage take on vampires, and have written several fics to that regard...probably easiest to say alternate versions.

I think they will, though! They can bond over music. Giles is a Ghostly Mentor, and so has been cut off from his music for a little over a week. It's making him a bit stir crazy.

Wow! I've read some of Tue early season 8 graphic novels, but I didn't know that happened. That would be at the end of the season, I'd assume, considering Angel season 5 takes place at the same time?

Alternate earthen works fine for me. Now we just need a Lindsey McDonald to screw with Eliot's and Hawk's heads...

Oh, we'll have to get Eliot a guitar and they can sing duets. :) That idea does sound like a lot of fun.

About...halfway through? The entire thing happens during the "Predators and Prey" arc, which is, yeah, the halfway point, maybe a bit over. And it's all Harmony's fault. Thanks a lot, Angel. (Also, I'm not entirely sure about Angel versus Buffy, at that point - I still follow "Angel and Faith", but as for "After the Fall", the shows ended a year apart from one another, so I don't know if they kept to that.)

Giles can still sing, at least! He can also play the guitar if he can possess someone. He can do duets, though. Country music might take some explaining, though.

Hmm... I know I haven't read Predators and Prey yet. I've been following what I can get from the library which is pretty much hit and miss. I haven't read the Angel and Faith arc, but I'm pretty familiar with the After the Fall arc which lasts a year but then resets so that the arc ends the same night as the tv series.

Speaking of... I wonder how Lindsey would handle being ghost... But I'm already playing Eliot and two characters with the same PB and the same Lin might be a bit confusing...

Good luck convincing Eliot to let him possess him... Oh, I think Eliot can handle explaining country music and I'm also pretty sure Eliot's familiar with more music than that. He did go to public school, after all. Perhaps some Kansas?
