Hey, Eswareites!

So. As I'm sure many of you have noticed, I've...more or less dropped off the face of the game. I've held up threads and dropped threads and generally been awful. And I didn't want that to continue. So, after talking with the mod, some changes have been made.

The first and most notable of these is that I'm changing Giles' role, from Ghostly Mentor to physical, really-truly-corporeal Sage. What happened for reference is that he disappeared during the attack on the old castle, before being able to breach the barrier. No traces of him will be found, because he's actually going to wake up on a farm with Benu. And Benu, being the kind, generous ~~agent of Chaos~~ soul she is, is going to give Giles a physical body in exchange for a favor.

She'll also erase his memory of this until she decides to call in her favor so, seriously, don't ask him.

So Giles will wake up a while away from Schwanheim thinking that it's still the night after the ball - he won't remember anything after the dreams from the dream plot, and even some of those probably got a bit scrambled. So, you guys can fill him in! If you want to, of course.

I know return you to your regularly scheduled plottings.

Still not sure if this is better than making deals with death gods with chainsaws. :|

(Question for both of you: should Helios and Ginia head back to Schwanheim after the castle exploring (since omg where did Giles go ahhhhhhhh!) or remain in the Old Capital area?)

I don't know...I guess it depends on the favor being asked. >__>

Mmm well. I figure they might stick around because he did disappear? Though I am unsure. Whatever you guys wanted to do. I figure Helios might stick around simply because Giles might return to that location. Or something, idek.

I think Ginia would stay around too. They can camp out in the area and search for him? Have a big happy reunion ~~with dancing cake~~ when he comes back a not-ghost?

Giles is currently in ~*parts unknown*~, though, so he might just ask to meet them both back in Schwanheim. He's down in farm country with no clue as to specifics.

While Ginia doesn't know about the conversation the two had and assumes the awkwardness is because of the dream.
