Plot time!

Just as I posted a slowatus. orz

In the log with the Magic Peddler, Ginia picked up a charm that encourages her to go out and find shiny things and boosts her mood every time she steals something, also encouraging her to go out for bigger and better things (basically making her addicted to stealing). Through RD 15, she went on a stealing spree, targeting NPCs (as noted in the day change for the 16th). She'll continue to steal from NPCs, but now it's time to get other people involved.

Who wants to have something stolen? Ginia can hide in plain sight as long as there are shadows within ten feet, and teleport via shadows to somewhere she's seen and if it's within twenty feet (exhaustion kicks in after over use). She can also fight with knives, though she'd be far more inclined to get away and disappear.

I'm also open to her being caught/chased if anyone is up for that.

As a note, this is something that will be happening over the next few (in-game) days, so larger items won't be targeted until later on.

Cho's got a gold pen type thing that she can steal. Maybe leave it for when you're ready for her to be caught, though? Cause she will hunt it down and fight to get it back.

She has other shiny thing she can steal before that, though. Princess and all.

That's tempting! Is the pen something that's easy to find out about, or would Ginia have to snoop around wherever Cho is living at? Any complaints if Ginia strikes first and takes some jewels or whatever Princessly things, then makes a second attempt on the pen and is chased?

Yeah, that works. The pen thing is usually on Cho, so getting it would require getting to where she's staying, yes. But she's staying at the Headquarters right now, so she could leave it on a table in the library while she goes for a book or something.

As for the jewels, sure. She's got the baubles she woke up with, and the crown is something she's altered cause gold boosts her ability. So now it's fairly distinctive. So she could go after that and then come after the pen, and Cho would start off suspecting magic users. Does that work?

I believe so! I made a small note about the duration of this plot (since Ginia's thieving would go on for a few days), so how do you feel about Ginia stealing some jewels on the 16th, then coming back for the pen on the 17th or 18th?

Oh! Also, Charlie has some shiny stuff on his tack. And it's probably easier to get in the stables than the house. If that helps her to feel bold to go looking? Cause anyone who's got gold on stuff for their horse must have a lot.

Oo, that could work! Maybe she's around the stable and notices how nice Charlie's tack is, and decides to try and find out who the owner is?

I'll have to check the date again, but Ginia found out from Gretel there are history books at the monastery. Another reason Ginia would have popped in and out to take some books.

...So when do we want this heist to happen?

Thinking of casing the joint "tomorrow" (17th), heist to follow...mainly because still talking at Fran regarding various aspects of the whole thing. But you said Gin'd be running increasingly rampart as days go by, so.

Pulling a heist on the 18thish sounds good. Ginia would definitely want something big at that point.
