New chara~!

yumemi_no_ouSo, at random, Fran had the thought to app another of her OCs.
This is Shin, who is supposed to have white hair but finding white haired PBs is a pain, so magically, his hair got to be black again!
His app is here complete with Judy's two cents whenever her characters are mentioned since Shin is from the same universe as Hawk, Snow, Aralu and Faolan.
In a nutshell, Shin is a dreamwalker who is mostly crippled due to a car crash he was the sole survivor of and who couldn't dream for most of his life and wound up being the catalyst for a massive civil war in a corrupt organization of supernatural types. At his pull point he kinda ditched his body and ascended to the Dreaming so he's not going to be too happy being back in a broken body again and having to relearn how to get around. He's a bit stubborn, is a big patron of the arts and will likely be asleep more than he's awake.
Also, as a disclaimer, I created this character years before I'd even heard of YGO so all similarities between Shin and Bakura just prove that I have a type. ^^;;;
He'll be introing in an odd way due to the plot stuff and has a permissions post about the dreaming stuff.
Oh yeah, he also can astral project so he'll likely be around more that way than physically until someone makes him a wheelchair.
